Due to our strict health and hygiene regulations we are unable to return or exchange any of our intimate product that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid, unless defective.
You may return other purchases within 14 days after receipt of goods for a full refund. You can do so for any reason – even if you simply changed your mind. You must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us about your decision. Goods are returned at your own expense. All items must be returned to us in original packaging, unworn or unused. All original labels and tags must be intact and as you received them.
Returning defective items
Contact us at email@example.com for a RMA number. When emailing about a defect, please have the following information ready, your order number along with your name, and the nature of the defect.
Please, return the defective items for replacement or a full refund in their original packaging within 15 days after RMA is issued to the address we will provide you.
We will guarantee your item for six months after purchase. After six months, you can make a warranty claim during the full two-year guarantee period and prove that the defect existed at the time of delivery.
Refunds/Replacements (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your replacement will be shipped/refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Carriage will be charged on exchanged goods and also rejected returns that are returned to the customer.
